"Seen in urgent care with suspected TIA"

I was too upset to speak on arrival. Receptionist was lovely, professional and very friendly. I was triaged with a nurse within minutes and seen by a GP within another 30 minutes. I am not from the area and was on my own. Had thorough check over and comprehensive history followed by a referral direct to A&E. I would say I was treated with respect and dignity, care and empathy, and would say this is the NHS operating at its best. Well done!
