About: Trafford General Hospital

Staff on this ward were all friendly and very sensitive to my daughters age .everything was explained fully and my daughter was treated as an adult but I felt they were very aware that at 16 she may be nervous and did everything to make her feel comfortable and also made me feel I wasn't a nuisance for staying with her. she was put on a ward but as soon as staff realised her age she was given a side room. I just wanted to thank all the staff for their first class service.
