"A and E"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

My husband was admitted ,by ambulance,on Monday morning at 10.15 ,although the unit was extremely busy,we were very impressed by the calmness and respect by all members of staff. We were only there 6 hours, fortunately, but everything was fully explained, cups of tea made,in spite of pressure upon all staff. Patience is a virtue and there are many members of staff we encountered with it. Thank you.

Dear Jill

The A&E team will be so pleased to read these lovely comments you have shared, I would like to thank you for taking the time to post them. The A&E department is a very busy place but it is nice to know the staff had time to make that all important cup of tea. I will share this with the whole team.
