"Extremely disappointed"

About: City Hospital (Birmingham)

Worst hospital organisation and service. To receive a appointment which was referred from my doctors as emergency took four months! Then to talk to my skin specialist who told me to wait for a appointment with the patch test and it's been over a month and I've heard nothing! Tried contacting the department and I either get cut off on the phone or on hold and getting transferred to wrong departments
