"Excellent and timely care in childrens a&e"

We attended childrens a&e on 12/5/15 mid afternoon with my 4 year old son after he had an accident in the garden and knocked two teeth out and injured his mouth. From arriving at reception we were greeted by a very helpful receptionist and promptly triaged by a very kind and thorough sister. Our son was seen by one of the a&e drs and quickly refered to the on call max fax/ent doctor. All the staff were very professional and absolutely brilliant with our little boy who was obviously very traumatised, in pain and scared! The unit was well organised and exceptionally clean. During our visit we visited the radiology dept for x-rays and again the staff were patient and very welcoming. A massive Thankyou to all staff. We highly commend you in the difficult job you do. Your kindness and professional approach made a horrible situation so much more bearable
