What I liked

There are some very caring and good nurses, who try their best under difficult circumstances,

they have the care standards that others should follow.

but....

What could be improved

There are staff who are arrogant, to the point that they have no caring skills. They are not nurses, they are bed watches.

I saw patients, many who were elderly and stroke victims, given no dignity to die in peace and no help, crying out in pain, not being feed, choking on pills while staff ignored them.
