What I liked

How I was treated with dignity, patience and sensitivity. With kindness and care.

What could be improved

Some of the admin staff in the Cardiac dept were a bit unhelpful and their manner a bit hostile.

I was a little concerned that the doctors did not have protective clothing on in casualty ie doctor's coat or scrubs. Felt that this was a little hygienic as other staff had on uniforms - nurses and HCSW's.

Anything else?

A massive thank you to all of the staff who have looked after me since the beginning of May and up until the present. The care has been 5 star all the way! The place was spotless and there were obvious signs of staff taking hygiene very seriously! I was not concerned about MRSA at all and felt very reassured.
