I could not have had better treatment anywhere in every respect and only 20mins from my home. The only failure was the follow up phone call requested by the consultant to be made to me the morning after my op on the12th May. When this had not happened by 10am I called the hospital myself as I needed reassurance about a very bloodshot eye. They made an appointment to see the consultant at 3.30pm the same day. The consultant was annoyed their instruction had not been carried out but was able to reasssure me about my condition. Regards James Paterson
