"Excellent care on ward C4"

My father had an extended stay on ward C4 due to complex medical needs. His care at all times was superb. The staff were helpful, friendly, supportive and the Ward Manager went beyond the call of duty in assisting us with preparations to get him home. Following re-admittance to hospital, he again was admitted to C4 where he was welcomed back and despite his deteriorating health was treated with the same respect, dignity and care. Cannot fault any part of the system particularly in arranging for transfer to Bolton Hospice.
