"Time wasters"

About: Clementine Churchill Hospital

I was booked for a routine allergy test and I received a text the day before to remind me about my appointment. On the day, I took time off work and then on arriving at the hospital I checked in for my test. I sat waiting for an hour and when I asked the receptionist what was going on they said they had to find out. Fifteen minutes later they came back to tell me that the person I was scheduled to see was not on the hospital premises. I hope they are better organised when it comes to performing operations. This experience did not fill me with confidence.
