my wife is pregnant and i wanted my baby delivered in barnet hospital, since its my borough. we ask for a referal letter from our GP and to our suprise a member of staff rejected it. Another member of staff phoned us today and made a lot of excuses and want to send us to chasefarm hospital. they are very rude on the phone and doesnt want to listen. when we insist that we want barnet hospital, they implied that we are ignorant and stupid. considering they're a healthcare professional, they're very arrogant and incompetent. the reason why barnet hospital is suffering from zer"0" star rating is because of insensitive and heartless staff !
