"Excellent care In A&E"

About: John Radcliffe Hospital

I visited A&E with worrying symptoms of facial paralysis. The whole process from reception to discharge was well-organised and friendly. My husband and I always knew what the next stage of the assessment process would be and this was very reassuring. The nurses, medical student and junior doctor who looked after us were all efficient, caring and sensitive to our need for information. Everything was explained clearly and our questions were answered. Many thanks to everyone who helped us: you were brilliant!

Thank you so much for this lovely feedback. We are so glad to hear that you experienced compassionate and efficient care throughout your visit to the A&E department. It must have been a difficult time for you and your husband and it is rewarding to learn that our staff kept you so well informed and at ease. Your comments will be passed on to the team. We hope you are recovering well.
