"second vascular op"

I was in hospital last week for my second carotid endarterectomy op. As for the first time, the medical staff were superb throughout. This time however although building work is ongoing it is much less intrusive and a welcome change is the standard of the food served, not just edible but enjoyable. Staff are warm and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and I have only praise for all of them with a very big thank you to my surgeon and the rest of the medical team. One bugbear, the parking!!! Husband was unable to come up to ward with me for admission, absolutely nowhere to park and he is disabled. All in all a very positive experience, thank you
