I was referred from my GP at 11.15 this morning and asked to go straight to the unit. I was met by friendly staff in a calm & clean atmosphere. All parts of my care were fully explained and I was included in the decisions. I felt time was take to listen to me. Thank you to all the staff who were involved in my care today, I felt reassured by the kind and caring attitudes.
