Thank you for your positive comments regarding the receptionist at Epsom Accident and Emergency (A and E) department. It is always good to have such encouraging feedback regarding members of our staff. I will certainly pass your comments on to the department.

You won't be surprised to learn that our Trust is within the top 20% of hospitals in our region for patient satisfaction in our A and E departments. This is based on a survey released by the government's health watchdog in January.
