"one doctor was caring, most nurses ..."

About: Epsom Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

one doctor was caring, most nurses in a+e friendly and helpful.

What could be improved

doctors need training in people skills.some staffs english was poor, this needs improving.the catering needs a full scale revamp.it is inadequate and tasteless.hot meals should be provided at night and cooked breakfast should be available, like they do in some other hospitals.

Anything else?

i was on cau for over 12 hours before i was offered a drink also over 12 hrs without painrelief.i had to ask because i couldnt take no more, then it took 20 mins to get it.my drug chart was not written up and i done all my own meds.was told i would have treatment for one of two possible outcomes, but just sent home with no explanation.
