About: St James's University Hospital

I went to this hospital by ambulance suffering back pain I have been wattling in chair for more than there hours with out seen by doctor. I decide to go home because that chair it make my pain worse .

I am very sorry that you feel you had a poor experience whilst in our care, I would advise that if you are still experiencing pain to contact your GP or present yourself at A&E.

It would be very helpful and beneficial for the care of future patients if you could contact the Trusts Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) so that we can discuss this in further detail and investigate this incident.
