"An event at my community day services"

About: Central Fife Community Support Service

(as a service user),

This year at St Clair Centre in Kirkcaldy the staff organised a fund raising event for Red Nose Day in March

My key worker helped to organise the event and I joined in. People who go to the centre took part.

we had to do things for charity like getting your photograph taken sticking your head through a hole and wearing a scarf. This was a £1 each. Also staff had to put an egg on their head and balance it. It was funny when the egg fell and smashed. Everyone had a good laugh.

Also there was a quiz and someone won an easter egg.

Everyone paid to take part and lots of money was raised.

The staff made a real effort and made sure everyone was involved. It was really good.

I think its a brilliant and good thing to be part of.

Its more fun than some of the things I do at St Clair. It would be good to do things like this more often.

Its important to raise money for charity. I want to say thank you to the staff for helping with this event.

Thankyou for the positive feedback and the suggestion that more activities such as this are organised. I have passed your comments to the Community Support Services Management team who are happy to take all feedback and any suggestions on other possible activities to arrange in partnership with people who use the service. Many thanks again for getting in touch.
