"No follow up with my eye appointment visited..."

About: Essex County Hospital

I suffers a stroke last September 2014 had one follow up appointment after 3months followed by an appointment 24th March to check my vision as I have lost some in my right eye. Was told I would receive an appointment. But have never received one I think this is really bad.
