"rude staff"

On Tuesday I came to this hospital it was my first time here. And came to see my friend I was looking for parking meter as nhs hospitals charge ,I couldn't find one so I asked this person who was putting some cones up I asked if they was a charge for parking cars, they said what do you think if you cant see one there is not one. I said don't talk to me like that I have asked you in a manner which I would hope you talk to me . They said I have not got time to talk to you go and use spec savers, the member of staff then walked off in a hurry . I came in reception talked to the very nice person on reception who told me were my friend was . I made a comment about this person the receptionist replied it's a security guard ignore them .
