The staff were kind and skilled in their work. So why get seen and treated by one nurse whose work then has to be assessed by the sister in charge - what a waste of time. But a three hour wait overall was unacceptable. In fact I waited two hours before even being seen - surely this could be improved. I felt the whole Unit was inefficient and old-fashioned in its operation.
