"Absolutely disgraceful no one cares here"

About: Arrowe Park Hospital

Our Dad came here 2.30pm and was short of breath on arrival and remains untreated and short of breath at 9pm. His chest x ray 2 days ago showed fluid on the lung and tonight it is worse. Only by getting irritated did we get help for our Dad. The hospital coordinator refused to speak to us as too busy. My Sister is crying and our Dad is distressed and we feel helpless and we only agreed for our Dad to come here as the GP thought it safer. How wrong they were. I have worked in the NHS for 30 years this year and I have no pride in it today. AMU never again
