went in for day case surgery for carpal tunnel release. receptionist engaging and friendly. all staff within treatment centre friendly and welcoming. reassured me and put me at ease. follow up arranged. thoroughly satisfied with the day and happy to return to have the other one done. fellow NHS worker and would definitely recommend to others. well done
