"Very respectful staff"

About: North Tyneside General Hospital

As a healthcare professional myself I am well aware of the pressures the staff are under day to day and have nothing but praise for the doctor and ED nurse who cared for my elderly mother on the evening of 06/05/15. They treated her with respect and dignity and gave us input into decisions surrounding her care. We are quick to complain when things do not go well but praise needs to be given when things go well.

Dear Sir / Madam, Thanks for your review. It is lovely to know that you have nothing but praise for our emergency care service - it is even better to hear that we got things spot on for your elderly Mum. I am delighted that she received all the respect she deserves and that her care was dignified and inclusive. We are very grateful when people take the time to give us feedback - it all makes us better and it helps us celebrate healthcare staff like yourself who are deeply committed to providing care of the highest standard.
