"The clinical staff were very friendly ..."

About: St Helier Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

The clinical staff were very friendly and professional. I didn't have to wait for long which was a benefit.

What could be improved

The waiting room was small and needed more magazines and the building looks a little old and tired.

I am pleased to read that you found the clinical staff at St Helier Hospital to be friendly and professional and that the time you had to wait was minimal.

As you may know, the Trust is planning a major ?190 million redevelopment of St Helier Hospital, which will include demolishing a large part of the hospital and replacing it with a brand new, state-of-the-art building which will house the majority of the hospital's wards and clinics. Doing this will greatly improve the size and comfort of the hospital's waiting areas.
