I recently gave birth at this hospital. The midwife in the delivery suite was extremely rude and unhelpful. They were cold and had a very uncaring attitude even when I was in extensive labour pain. . In fact when I was shifted in the postnatal ward I quickly realised that rudeness & poor administration is part & parcel of that hospital. I strongly advise expectant mums to keep away form their maternity ward as I had an unforgettable experience.

Rude and unhelpful behaviour from our staff is not acceptable. We are very sorry to read that you experienced this whilst with us and during the birth of your baby.
