I found the advice very helpful today, ideas on what food I could mash down for my baby to try. I will be making Charlies food up rather than buying jars. I’m looking forward to making his food and watching him try different things. Also freezing food for the week ahead

I am pleased to hear you found our weaning session beneficial to you and gained lots of new ideas to try at home with your son. It certainly is much better to make food yourself rather than buying the jars of ready made food which can work out quite costly. Please continue to access the centre and if you need any further support please speak to a member of staff.
