my community mental health advocate – Dylan was my saviour recently at a most important meeting with ABMU health board General Manager, Robert Goodwin.
Dylan in my view was exceptional during this meeting. Dylan has been my community Mental Health Advocate and during my dealings with Dylan, he has at all times remained professional and courteous. Dylan was able to be objective and able to completely deal with very sensitive matters with me and was able to put all my complaints forward to the mental health professionals and ABMU health board.
Dylan took a lot of the stress and distress from me and I can’t ever thank him enough. Dylan deserves recognition in my case for his professionalism at all times.
