"Excellent care"

i was referred to this department as I needed a endoscopy.. From the initial consultation I was treated with respect and dignity,. The care iv received has been exceptional. Both consultants iv seen have been excellent and explained everything in detail to me to make sure I fully understood what care I was to receive. I feel well cared for and all my anxieties have been listened to and addressed. The other staff members are also very caring. The department is clean. Yet another excellent example of how caring and hard working the staff at musgrove are, and to give credit they deserve.
