"Fantastic treatment and amazing staff"

My son has just received first class treatment at the Royal Berks Hospital. Everyone who helped him,from the team in paediatric A and E, the staff on Dolphin ward and the ENT team were all great. He was treated with kindness, dignity and honesty and he felt cared for. I am so impressed with the level of care he received and I think he will feel a lot less worried about going to hospital in future if he needs to. Everyone just got it right and that deserves huge thanks and praise.
