Needing to get my Funding sorted out for an operation I try and phone the GIC. But since October last year only been able to get through 3 times.
I have a time limit on my referral.. it needs sorting promptly. I have been waiting for a member of the admin team to contact me back on Tuesday I still haven't had the call.
Totally disgusting the way things are done. Feel like I am being ignored.
