"Hospital feedback"

Advised to see orthopaedics consultant which went smoothly enough, they advise MRI scan and appointment made for following week - seems to good to be true - and it was! Called on afternoon of appointment - couple of hours before - to cancel and given a call back number which nobody answers. After repeated attempts eventually get through on main number offered unsuitable alternatives and then phone cut off. Circle literally going round in circles.
