"Burnt my hand and hit my head"

The receptionist was friendly helpful and efficient and within minutes of arriving at the minor injuries unit I was being looked after by a brilliant nurse. I had burnt my hand the night before on a hot pan (very stupidly) and then passed out and hit my head. The blisters on my hand were dealt with and the dressings put on took away the pain completely. The nurse just wiped away the blood on my head and that was left to heal itself. I went back three more times to have my hand re-dressed and now after a week it is much better. The minor injuries unit is fantastic. Thank you so much.
