My Dad went in to the Day Surgery Unit procedure on 5th May after being off work with the condition for 6 months and a stressful time for all the family. He were booked in straight away by polite reception staff, taken through to the same sex ward within 5 minutes and from then on tells me that the staff were an absolute credit to the NHS - especially the nurse who looked after him who was 'faultless'. Despite being told there could be a wait (which would have been fine) he was back home with us by 11am. Thank you so much for the kindness and care showed and it is a weight off our minds that he would be in good hands if he were to need to go back again. You are all a credit to the NHS which people are too quick to complain about!
