We rang before hand to warn them that our child would need to be seen quickly and we only lived a few miles away so was it a good time to come it, they said we wouldn't have to wait long. They didn't warn us that although we were already registered we hadn't had an x-ray there before so when we arrived it took ages for our child to be put into the system, by that time she was having a meltdown and having an x-ray was impossible. The staff at the desk for the x-ray were very unhelpful, they could see how distressed my child was but did nothing to hurry things along. This hospital needs to understand about children with special needs and how to treat them. They could have taken our details before hand, we could have come in to register her first before bringing her in for the x-ray. Instead the whole experience was terrible and I still don't know if my child has a broken or fractured bone. Never again will I go to this place - Awful !!
