Bought my 15 year old nephew with head injury/suspected broken nose etc to minors A&E . During our wait he deteriorated and started vomiting called nurse/auxiliary to ask for help they were extremely abrupt and said we would just have to wait our turn. Didn't even look in his direction to check he was ok. Waited for 2 hours and after saying again he was going really sleepy/vomiting/blurred vision nurse/auxiliary just shrugged her shoulders!!! Left feeling even more distressed, took him to Russell's hall where he was taken straight through due to his symptoms and kept in overnight for observation. Shocking experience at Kidderminster.
