"Terrible care"

My mum was moved to Lambeth hospital from the Royal Bethlem Hospital in Croydon. The care she has received from the staff has been appalling and this is the third time she has been sectioned. My mum has had her possessions stolen, food stolen and she is terrified to sleep at night. The doctors and nurses do no liaise with the community care team and although my mum is still unwell they are desperate to discharge her with no care plan in place.
