"Visit to A&E"

About: Poole General Hospital

Visited A&E on the afternoon of Sunday 4th May with my son, who had broken his collar bone. It was very busy, but every member of staff we had dealings with (reception / radiography / nursing) was fantastic - caring and professional, nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a smile. It took an hour to be seen, but the service once we got there could not have been better. A huge thank you to all of you.
