My daughter had an outbreak of severe skin itching. At 11 pm I rang 111. They rang back at 11. 20 pm and told us to go to Primary Care Clinic at Katie Road Selly Oak. We arrived at midnight where a doctor saw her straight away and spoke to her for about 20 mins.
He diagnosed hives and found antihistamine for her. Every contact was quick, efficient and amazingly helpful. I cannot fault it it was excellent service and help. Thank you.
