"Shocking"

As a local resident I am torn as to if this hospital should be closed down. I believe its down to the staff and lack of apparent care for its patients. I have visited audiology today to exchange my hearing aid batteries, anyone would have thought I was asking for the world...... not a simple telephone call once the new batteries were in. Staff rude and unhelpful and then the so called Management proceed to shout at me in the middle of the reception. I think the whole hospital needs an complete change and only then would it be worth keeping open.
