"Excellent service"

I was taken to A and E in an ambulance on Saturday morning. I was in pain and really didnt want to go to A and E. I needed to go because of previous heart problems.Every member of staff introduced themselves and spoke to me properly. I had complete confidence in the service there and in AAU. I have been a nurse for more than 30 years it made me glad to be part of the nhs. I have had more than one visit to A and E in my lifetime and sometimes I have been terrified. This visit restored my faith in the emergency services. The ambulance staff were great as were all the staff in A and E and AAU There were some delays but I was told what was going on and a reason for the wait.Thank you all very much
