"Shocking."

About: Conquest Hospital

My dad has a brain tumour (GBM) and was taken into conquest on Thursday afternoon, later that evening he had a very bad fit, the doctor on call that evening, the doctor was amazing, so lovely to talk too and made us all feel very comfortable in their care. But shortly after them transferring us to the AAU for the evening so he could be observed for the night, the two health care workers started arguing, one who later on actually told my dad off (even though at least 2 hours before he'd just had a seizure and had no idea what was going on) because he'd text my mum about an alarm. That type of person should not be working in health care! Along with this the whole time he spent there was appalling, my mum had to go stay there the night because no one had checked on him. And on his discharge letter it states he had two CT Scans, I'm shocked at this because he only had the one and could not have anymore due to the radiation it would have passed on. Shocking. The whole hospital is shocking. Apart from a few members of staff, it's appalling. Needs to be reviewed ASAP.
