What I liked

had a right nighmare was admitted for an opperation on an absyss in my back was took up from a & e to my ward but my bed wasnt ready so a&E and the ward were arguing over me being there and there wasnt bed for me so they moved me to another ward where i had the nurses come and get me ready for my op OH there was a shift change during this i was due to go to theartre at bout seven so i had a sleep and didnt wake up till the morning and guess what no op took place confussed i rang home and my partner said the hospital had rang her 3 times asking where i was to which she was shocked because she dropped me to hospital so basically i was lost in the confusion oh my absyss had ruptured by the moring so thanks for all that pain and i night in hospital for nothing

What could be improved

communication and may be an apology would of been nice instead of a cover up
