What I liked
The receptionist was very friendly.
Having signed in I watched the end of the Spanish grand prix on TV whilst a nurse took some basic details. A doctor saw me shortly afterwards who was friendly and dealt with my problem efficiently.
Obviously staff are not able to control the amount of people who turn up, and therefore their workload, however I was impressed that I was only there for 30 minutes.
Overall a very positive experience.
