"I was forgotten about in the waiting room"

About: University College Hospital

I waited hours in the waiting room seeing people who arrived hours after me being called through. Eventually I asked the receptionist why I hadn't been called. They told me my paperwork was misplaced. Then all of a sudden they were free to see me. Very worrying after arriving with chest pains!
