What I liked

I had two major breast operations in 2008 and I thought all the staff in the Breast Unit and Kingfisher ward were fantastic. The physical and emotional support I received were second to none.

What could be improved

My only complaint is that I was mistakenly given incorrect information and I might not have picked the best operation for me. So my advice is, although it might be a really emotional time, do your research even if it's on the internet. If necessary you can always ask for a second opinion, which to their credit, Medway did offer me initially and which I refused.
