"Clinic waiting times"

About: University Hospital Of North Durham

Informed of delay in clinic time via white board saying 1 1/2 hour delay. Asked the assistant how much longer would my appointment be as patients with appointments after mine had been in and seen to be told soon. I in fact had to wait 2 1/2 hours before I was seen by consultant. When I queried this I was told thats the way the clinic is run. I think its a disgrace to be kept waiting this long when you are in pain.
