"The 111 service was exceptional"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

Called 111 after feeling very depressed and suicidal, they were exceptional with the help they gave and I owe them a big thank you. The clinicians/ambulances/GP's all helped me so much to try and get the correct Mental Health support and although they failed they did their best with what they knew and I am really grateful to them.
