What I liked

my son has been attending the hospital for nearly 14 years for cleft lip and palate repair plus regular orthadontic and speech therapy. The hospital in every department has always been so wonderful for my son who probably feels that QVH is his second home, every member of staff has always been so friendly and helpful which has made our regular trips more relaxed. He has just left the hospital after his 8th operation at Peanut Ward and the staff as always were wonderful to my son and myself, my son always feels very at ease about going there for his operations and never has had any worries there due to the fantastic care that all the staff provide for him (and me). I couldn't find a single fault with the Hospital and am so pleased that we live locally to be able to attend this Hospital and if anyone was ever worried about going in to QVH, I can assure them that their stay would be relaxed and staff would be there to assist with any problems that they may have.
