I have just been in the Royal overnight following a day case procedure. Everybody in the Urology Day Case department, in Elective Admissions, the porter who took me to theatre, theatre staff and all the staff on Ward 315 were absolutely lovely! They were caring, friendly and extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all very much.
